Finals 2010 Competition – PART 3 (last part)

I hope every member will participate!

It is time for the last part of our FansOfK-1.com Competition. Of course, part 3 is very similar to part 2. But now it is all about the K-1 WGP Final 8, which is set for December 11 in Tokyo! So now we have to pick the Semifinalists, Finalists and Champion of the Final 8 tournament.

So here are the rules again:

Only members can play, and only once
By picking the right semifinalist, you win 5 points (for each fighter)
By picking the right finalist, you win 10 points (for each fighter)
By picking the right champion, you win 25 points
Once you posted your prediction, you cannot change anymore!! So: think well!
All predictions must be made in this article, before December 10, 2010
In case of doubt, I will decide :)

You can win 4 x 5 points, plus 2 x 10 points, plus 25 points ... a total of 65 points.

So you have to give 4 names (semifinalists), then 2 names (finalists) and 1 name (Champion).

If you think there will be a reserve fighter in the semifinal or final, you can take a risk and gamble that he will step in. If there are changes in the fight card because of injuries or withdrawals, we will not make another competition.

Semmy Schilt vs. Kyotaro

Gokhan Saki vs. Daniel Ghita

Alistair Overeem vs. Tyrone Spong

Reserve fight: Errol Zimmerman vs. Ewerton Teixeira

(I couldnt go with my heart. I cant see Kyotaro beating Sem, nor can I see Aerts winning the GP...although its what I want. Still, I hope to see Sem go down. My picks are different than my preferences.)

Hmm guess I have to pick now or else I`ll be too late.
It seemed like an easy pick...yet this tournament has given me headaches already haha
Okay here we go:

Aerts wins on lowkicks, Schilt punishes the small Japanese, Ghita wins the war, Overeem overpowers Spong

Schilt wins by dec, Overeem takes punishment but takes the dec

A little voice tells me Schilt, but I`m going for the upset win here so: Overeem as new champ!!! :D

Im past the time..I just got back from work but maybe D-Rop will count me in based on the fact that its still 30 min b4 the event..
