RISE Result Shocker: Hinata Defeats Kyshenko

Huge surprise coming out of Japan today - Hinata has upset Artur Kyshenko.  The two men faced off in the main event at RISE 68.  This was expected to be a relatively easy win for Kyshenko, who is a consensus top 5 fighter.  Instead, the young Hinata scored an unbelievable TKO win in round 3.

With this win, Hinata has now defeated two top 10 opponents this year (Kyshenko and Yuya Yamamoto) and is poised to make a real move in K-1.

Hinata celebrates after stopping top 5 ranked Artur Kyshenko. Hinata celebrates after stopping top 5 ranked Artur Kyshenko.

Wow. Damn, I wish Kyschenko does well this year as he is my favourite MAX fighter. Hinata must have done very well indeed to end the fight before time.

The focus is on building a community that offers more to the users than any other K-1 website. The focus is also on that the community should be totally user driven, with the users as main writers of content. Who would for example write a better fight report than a fan who actually was at the fight? Or who could write a more interesting fighter profile than the fan who loves and really knows about a fighter? We believe that this approach will lead to that fansofk1.com has the most interesting K-1 information.
