The Reem! (episode 1 to 5)

Definitely best promoting campaign of any fighter hands down.

Apparently todays media can make stars out of anything and anybody.Big Brother, Idol, I have got talent...But in some cases , like Alistair here it is the other phenomenon. He is a star , but not a popular one.Expert was employed and result is here, internet documentary "The Reem", coming out in episodes, shot entirely in B&W!I must admit that I laughed my ass off at first, remembering the South Park episode "The Coon" (Reem-Coon), and Cartman wanting to be a superhero with a cool name, however after first 10 seconds of watching things got serious. This was done by a man who knows his job.I am no a film student as Rob but I know crap when I see one, and I also can smell quality. Those clips picture Overeem the man , and they do it in a very good way.Watch those and he is suddenly not a mean pointless muscle mountain, but a rather shy and modest guy.Try hating him after that.Apart from achieving that, those vids are full of invaluable training footage , interviews, and I finally got to see what is Big John MacCarthy telling the fighters in the locker room before the fight, and who is the guy always lifting him after the fight, his mother and apartment, Bas Boon, Geghard Mousasi, Fabrizio Werdum and tons of other stuff. These are not short, but they are definitely worth watching.Job well done.Enjoy!

I like Overeem as a fighter and these clips show him on a more personal level, which is cool as well.

btw I`m digging the black&white :P

The best K-1 community online!

The focus is on building a community that offers more to the users than any other K-1 website. The focus is also on that the community should be totally user driven, with the users as main writers of content. Who would for example write a better fight report than a fan who actually was at the fight? Or who could write a more interesting fighter profile than the fan who loves and really knows about a fighter? We believe that this approach will lead to that fansofk1.com has the most interesting K-1 information.
