FOK1 Exclusive PART 4: Murat Direkçi @ It's Showtime Barneveld

Part 4 of our backstage videoreport of It's Showtime Barneveld. In this part we focus on Murat Direkçi and his fight with William Diender. After the fight we sat down for an interview.

Murat was a really cool, funny and down-to-earth guy. We have so much more footage of him joking around, but unfortunately youtube only lets you add videos of 10minutes max.
I really had to do some serious cutting and leave out cool shots of him getting ready backstage and talking with his teammembers. But I hope you enjoy it anyway :)

I hope Direkçi will compete in K-1 Max. He's top 5 in Max

You guys are pretty good at this interviewing. Actually better than some professional reporters. Maybe it's because you really care about what you are doing. I hope there will be much more of these videos in the future

Great interview.
I like what he said about liking Showtime over K-1.
Murat is one of the greatest and apparently one of the coolest.

K-1 has strange changes the last time.
Bringing up Goodridge again, strange stoppages, not many new fighters.
Showtime is a dangerous opponent.

Thnx for the feed everyone. We enjoyed making it and it's nice to read you appreciate it. So we'll keep making reports in the future. I'm still waiting for presscards for their upcoming event in Prague. So start thinking about questions for the fighters on that card ;-)

I always liked Murat as a fighter and in person he's just as cool. Too bad he doesn't like Japan. He would make a great MAX addition. Nevertheless It's Showtime makes sure he gets to fight those guys anyway. Can't wait for his bout against Kyshenko!!!
