Last year the Slamm!! Event Young Mosab Amrani was responcible for the biggest upset of the year in the World of Muaythai. In Holland he pulled off a victory against the Thai legend Anuwat Kaewsamrit. He did this by cutting Anuwat with an elbow whereafter the ref stopped the fight and Mosab was handed the victory after this medical intervention.

This week he will battle another one of Thailands most feared fighters. Sunday he will face Bovy Sor Udomson, one of the hardest and most ruthless fighters in the World at this moment. On the exact place where Mosab accomplished his biggest achievement he will face a hungry Bovy who will be willing to get revanche and set the record straight for Thailand.

Hereby an interview with Mosab Amrani about his fight against Anuwat.

Mosab, we are going back in time. Last year you beat Anuwat in a thriller of a fight. How did you experienced this fight?

It was an amazing experience, I was already a true honor to share the ring with a legend like Anuwat. But if you can even beat him on his rules with the WMC world title at stake, well what else is there to dream about?

A lot of people and even the Dutch website Mixfight.nl had this fight announced "Fight of the year" Guess it must have been an amazing fight for the viewers.

It was a true slugfest. Anuwat came forward and was looking to bang. My mission was to puit pressure on him and avoid him to play his game. We both came forward and there was an amazing explosion of violence in the middle of the ring. That only makes this victory even more sweet. I didn't just beat him in running around him and stealing points. I really looked for the fight and beat him in a man to man fight.

Next week is Mootje Khamal fighting Anuwat. Can you give him any advice?

Sure! Don't let Anuwat get in his usual game and make him force you to fight him like he wants to. And don't let him come and rush you because he will beat you for sure that way.

Next week at Slamm!!6 you will fight Bovy Sor Udomson, A teammate of Anuwat. What do you know about him?

Bovy is insane and i believe he has no soul. He keeps rushing forward and takes all you can give if he needs to to close the gap and come close to his opponent and punch him crazy. He isn't as technical as Anuwat but instead he is even more so a fighter that has to have it from his character, bloodlust and toughness. But I hope he doesn't expect me to back down for him.

Against Anuwat you were the big underdog. Some people claimed it would even be a mismatch. How is that this time against Bovy?

Bovy is one of the sports greatest with worldwide fame. I will be the underdag this time again. But I don't mind. It makes me stronger and works as a great motivator. Of course the Anuwat fight makes sure they won't underestimate me and I think Bovy will come in heavily prepared.

The fight will be just like next year on Full Muaythai rules. What is your opinion on these rules and on fighting with elbows?

I'm fine wit hit. It's the ultimate way of fighting our sport. I like it. I'm just not that big a fan of clinching, but fortunatly Bovy is just like Anuwat a fighter who barely clinches.

November 29th in Almere, Mosab Amrani VS Bovy Sor Udomson. What kind of fight is it gonna be?

Fight of the year. I will do anything to win again in a banging fight. Bovy will do anything to beat me and restore the ranks, so it's going to be an all out war. But there can only be one winner!

Do you have a message to Bovy?

Train hard and come in your best shape to Holland. Because it's going to be a hard night for him on the 29th of November.

Yeah, pretty frustrating ....
Are you sure you couldn't upload any pictures anymore? When I tried to edit the article, I could upload new pictures.

I've read in other posts that other people that wanted to upload pics, had similar problems. So maybe the webmanager/moderator can help ...?

@stark I often experince the same problem and the develepor is avare of the problem, question is just why he dosent do anything about it.. Best way to go around the problem is to rename the pictures and then post them in to the article again, then they ( for some unknow reason ) dosent dissapear. Sorry for this inconvenience

@Daniel D-rop already told me about renaming trick. I tried to do that but it doesn't work for me. When I go to editing page it says "no images uploaded" and that's it. I don't have uploading option. If you remember I had same problem with Remy Bonjasky interview, but everything was fine in some other articles I posted. For example htt p://www.fansofk1.com/article?aID=2563

The best K-1 community online!

The focus is on building a community that offers more to the users than any other K-1 website. The focus is also on that the community should be totally user driven, with the users as main writers of content. Who would for example write a better fight report than a fan who actually was at the fight? Or who could write a more interesting fighter profile than the fan who loves and really knows about a fighter? We believe that this approach will lead to that fansofk1.com has the most interesting K-1 information.
