Rumble Of The Kings pre fight interviews.

Interviews with Kyshenko, Drago, Öberg, Akhtar, Nordstrand, Brown and Joof.

Artur Kyshenko  - I feel very good, it will be a good fight tomorrow and a good crowd, the Swedish crowd is good. I have seen one fight with Abbe Joof not more so I dont know much about him. I dont have any special gameplan, I will take the fight as it comes but offcousre I will win * laughs*

Gago Drago -  I feel okay, I feel good. I have just eaten and feel strong. My body feels great. I have trained very good. I don't have any strategy for the fight, I know that he is taller then me but it doesn't matter I will fight my fight. How it will go? well we will see that after three rounds * laughs*

Marcus Öberg  - It has been a long time since my last fight, I am looking forward to the fight allot and it will be fun, everything feels good. I will use my reach advantage tomorrow and use straight technics, punches and knees. I am not sure if i will stand and trade with Drago, but perhaps when I have aimed in on him *luaghs* I think that I will do very well tomorrow and I will win the fight. After this event I will be heading to Thailand and fight at the MuayThai World Championships -73Kg. That will also be great, fight more top level fighters and take a vacation at the same time * laughs*

Martin Akhtar  -  I feel great, my body is in good shape and I did not have any problems making the weight. I expect tomorrows fight to be hard and tuff, Daniel is a strong and aggressive fighter and it will certainly be a good fight. He is a Swedish MuayThai champion and so am I so it will indeed be a tuff fight.

Rickard Nordstrand  - Everything is good, I have been preparing myself here at home at the VBC gym and I am in good shape. I have studied my opponent ( Clifton Brown ) a bit. I know that he has great physic, he is big and strong combined with good stamina and fights with a rather classic MuayThai style. But I never over examinate an opponent that is not good, I still need to be focused on my own performance more then his. I think that the fight will be a real battle, I might start the fight a bit slow just to get a feeling of the fight and then increase the pace as the fight goes on. I have everything to win and he has a belt to loose, and i think I will take it from him *smiles*

Clifon Brown  - I feel a bit tired, long trip and I am still a bit jet laged. What I know about Rickard is that he is a very complete fighter, he uses both stances and he is strong, I have seen some of his fights so I know what I am up against. But, it is not the same thing seeing someone kick and punch as it is to be kicked and punched, it is only in the ring that you experience the real thing. I have been training hard for this fight, I always want to be as sharp as possible, and I am not here to loose. I feel sure that we will have a good fight and I will go home with the belt.

Abbe Joof  - It feels good, I made the weight! A few weeks ago I actually started to doubt if I was gonna make it, I came close to giving up. But somehow I found the energy and will to continue and I made it, I actually went under the weigh in limit *laughs*. I don't feel nervous for the fight at all, it will just be fun and I don't think I will have any problems sleeping tonight. I am sure i will do well tomorrow, I have been working so hard for this., it will be fun indeed.

All of these great fighters and more has signed a fansofk1 T-shirt that will be the first price in an upcomming fansofk1 competetion.

Impressive Daniel! It´s great mix of fighters and they all look confident. I think Kyshenko and Brown will be surprised of the swedish power ;)

Have a blast tomorrow and look forward to read a fight report. Best of luck to all fighters!

@Chrzan_ko So do I haha, I will tresure it for as long as I can =).

Man I was sooo nervous as I walked up to Drago and Kyshenko. They where very fast to leave the pressconferance but we stumbled in to them at a local mall a hour later. I think I walked towards them and back out like three times. When i finaly got the guts to walk up and talk my mind blanked. I had like 20 prepaird questions in my head that just dissaperad as soon as i sat down next to them. So pretty boring questions from my side but considering the mental status I had at the time I am still pretty satesfied haha..

Like always a great plesure talking to the fighters, they where all nice and polite and I wish them all a good performance and a great time tomorrow.

Nice stuff! It'll be interesting to see how the swedish fighters will do against the relatively larger international names.

And that Drago autograph really is something else...
