it looks like a misunderstanding and totally
referee s fault.after he finished the fight he took
a wrong position.he should have stayed between the
fighters.

I agree, it was referee's fault.. Spong was
knocked out, it was obvious. He should have
finished the match from that moment and could never
assume that position. bad, bad referee

Awesome fight! It's a shame it ended in a big confusion.
I agree that the ref made a mistake, but couldn't Carnage see that the ref had ended the fight??? I think it was pretty obvious. And: after a knockdown, a fighter should wait for the referee to recommence the fight.
Any way, it was a clear KO-win for Carnage. Strange thing that it was called a no-contest. I think, in the end, thát was the biggest mistake.
Now we can look forward to a rematch! I think that they should allow elbows in the rematch now.

spong was the better man all the fight but corbett
won this one no shame for spong his record now stands at 100 fight 95 win 4 loss 1 draw en 78 ko
this fight is just calling for 1 thing and thats a remacht but now on full thai rules .
spong man you cant play whit them all expesially not a undefeated monster like carnage.
next time keep your distance and keep your bombaclade guard up
and corbett good timing your proving to be the best at 90 kilo,s just 2 opponents to go
and that are melvin manhoef and gohkan saki if you baet those you you can call yourself the greatest of this decade on 90 kilo,s
