Kyshenko's master classes
(I'm back, friends)
After some time of grievous absence, I'm starting to get in touch with K-1 news and facts, so as to put up with u my friends. I just happened to find this collection of vids illustrating some master classes by Kyshenko, maybe some of u can give us more information about this, I think it's always nice to watch great fighters teaching others their views on the sport, so maybe u also find it interesting

Time goes by, and that's for everybody... I
mean, only a few years ago Kyshenko was a slender
boyish fighter, (as can be seen in this vid h ttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVMTLOwHdpM), and now he has grown quite an amount of extra muscle, as complying with his extra needs

But you NEED to be sure that your computer is well protected!! Sites from the Soviet countries can too often infect your computer, so be aware every time you visit sites from those areas.
You can probably guess this, but I'm gonna write it anyway:
The list to the left with Russian words and numbers, means "Video 1", "Video 2" and so on.
