# FansOfK1.com Team Competition 2009

**Gath****er a team of K-1 fighters, invest in them and compete in our fantasy K-1 competition. Results are based on the fighters actual performance.**

Now it's time again, for the third time we're starting up the FansOfK1.com Team Competition!

It's a year long competition that lasts through all of the WGP events 2009. Having your own team of fighters and competing with other members makes the WGP (the heavy weight in K-1) even more interesting to follow.

## Rules

You pick the three fighters you believe will do best in the 2009 WGP. You have 10 000$ to invest in the fighters. Invest more money on the fighter you think will win the most.

**New rule 2009: You can not invest more than 7 000$ in one fighter.**

Each time one of the fighters in your team wins (in any of the events listed below) you will "earn" the money you've assigned to him. If your fighter wins by knock out you will earn 1,5 times what you've assigned to him.

Lets say one of your fighters is Ray Sefo and that you've assigned 3 500$ out of the 10 000$ budget on him. If he wins three fights (one is a knock out) in the events you will get 3 500 * 3,5 = 12 250$.

The winner of the competition will be the member that has earned most money with his team after the WGP final 2009.

## Enter the competition

Entering the competition is free, but you need to be a registered member (to become a member register here). All you need to do is post your team and budget per fighter as a comment below. Once you've picked your team you can, however, not change your team or budget.

Post example:

- Ray Sefo: 3 500$
- Semmy Schilt: 6 000$
- Peter Aerts: 500$

After each event we will post updates on the competition.
