Surprising results. I thought Kido or Ologun are going to win

I have to add that Ologun has been 1 point reduction in all his rounds because his weight was 800 gr more than the limit. So surely if he had been in the correct weight, he would win the fight with Kohi, i think.

do you see Yuichiro "Jienotsu" Nagashima??? Its so funny, he is a freak

Man I gotta see this one!! Looks like Kohirumaki showed great skill that night. Plus there seemed to be a nice balance in dec and KO wins. Can't wait to see these matches! Thnx for posting asfranco88.

Look, this is the comment of one fan of the event, it isnt mine, but i think is good:

"Did you guys actually seen Kohi's performance today? It was atrocious. It was obvious that he hasn't learnt anything from his last fight. He just kept running around, clinching, and throwing barely legal knees and rabbit punches after clinching.

His first fight (against Andy Orogun) was so boring that it was the only one out of the tournament to be cut to the last round. And even then he kept clinching so much that the referee had to give him a yellow card.

His next fight was supposed to be against Hinata (who managed to take a victory from Kido), but since he was injured, Kido (who could barely raise his right arm after having it practically destroyed in his last fight) fought (rather half-heartedly) and lost.

His last fight was against a man who had taken hideous damage in his previous two fights, was the clear underdog even in terms of actual ability, and he still just tried to keep running after taking a down. And just after Masato said that Kohi was just the kind of weak-willed and unfocused fighter to screw up, his opponent retook a down.

It's nothing more than luck that Kohi managed to actually win the tournment. Praise should belong to Nagashima (the cosplaying guy who destroyed Hayato then fought an excellent fight with Yamamoto before having to stop from a cut), Hinata (who was actually downed by Kido but managed to take the fight with skill and a huge lots of guts) and most of all Yamamoto. These guys are the ones who showed K-1 spirit.

No wonder Kohi is being slammed across 2chan. He really doesn't deserve to go onto the Final16"

I cant say nothing, i have to wait to see the event, and the i will coment. Seriously Kido defrauded me...

The best K-1 community online!

The focus is on building a community that offers more to the users than any other K-1 website. The focus is also on that the community should be totally user driven, with the users as main writers of content. Who would for example write a better fight report than a fan who actually was at the fight? Or who could write a more interesting fighter profile than the fan who loves and really knows about a fighter? We believe that this approach will lead to that fansofk1.com has the most interesting K-1 information.
