Spong continues doing what he did in 2008, .... winning.

Not a dull moment in this fight. Respect for Bennazouz, he kept on fighting.

Very good fight in the two first rounds, in the third it was all Spong. He is fast becoming a mean machine. Samir had some really powerful punches connecting, and Tyrone just seemed unaffected. Very loose and relaxed. He is going to be very tough indeed.

I've enjoyed this fight; I think it stands a point for Spong, his newly added weight has made him stronger and maybe also more confident, though losing none of his prior agility and speed; he's maybe improved in terms of balance and power as well. I agree with D-rop, his opponent (whom I didn't know) showed a good fighting attitude and altogether not bad skills, but Spong deserved that win. In my view, this fight makes Spong's prospects for 2009 more and more interesting

Really enjoyed this fight...and I must give Cred to Samir Bennazouz for never giving up and his "feeling" in those fast and powerful punches, lol just great to see

Look forward to see Spong in K-1 2009 28 march YOKOHAMA

The focus is also on that the community should be totally user driven, with the users as main writers of content. Who would for example write a better fight report than a fan who actually was at the fight? Or who could write a more interesting fighter profile than the fan who loves and really knows about a fighter?
